Sir, iam 62 years old and suffering from leukoderma on my leg since 30 years. I used allopathy which resulted good result during the early period and once i stopped it started spreading. Then i used Homeo and now i started using pigmento since 1 month
Ointments containing Tacrolimus or Pimecrolimus and topical corticosteroids are effective for smaller patches. Calcipotriene (Dovonex), a type of vitamin D is also an effective topical ointment.
Visit a Dermatologist, there are treatments like phototherapy with UVB lights, phototherapy with UVA lights, skin camouflage, depigmenting, skin grafts are also available.
