How Can severe Lower Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

i ve already had an ultra sound everything in my body that they checked for is ok. I ve also been checked for a uti , bladder infection, yeast and kidney stones. The doctors can t seem to find anything wrong with me but for some reason im having pains in my lower stomach that have me doubled over in tears. I have no idea whats wrong with me.

Colonoscopy and CT enteroclysis is the next step to see intestines condition and rule out possible obstruction reasons including adhesions and tumor.
