How Can severe Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

Hi I have lower back pain due to slipped discs at L4 L5 and arthritis in spine , I can t seat to long due to pain it hurts when I stand and legs go numb then loosen up when I start walking I have been having back spasms and now pins and needles in left hand

your symptoms are suggestive of vertebral compression..u Shud see a neurosurgeon..get MRI done..till then start methylcobalamin.. multivitamin etc..try physiotherapy and exercise without exerting urself..thanks
