How Can severe Lower Foot Pain Be Treated?

I am experiencing an ongoing pain in my lower right foot on the side of my calf muscle. I believe I sustained it from exercising. However this has been going on since December should I be concerned? I was also told that I am prediabetic I have an A 1c of 5.7 how concerned should I be about it.

Hi, I think you should take some muscle relaxant along with some calcium and vitamin B12 supplements. It can be due to calcium and vitamin B12 deficiency. Exercise will not have such long term effects. You can consult an orthopedician to rule out any bony abnormality.
