General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fatigue and low energy are quite common after getting viral infections especially infectious mononucleosis.

Generally, it would settle in the following weeks. Take more fluids. There is some role for supplements especially Vitamin E and Vit D. See your doctor, if it does not improve or if you feel too sick.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
