How Can severe Penile Pain Be Treated?

I am experiencing pain on the exterior of my penis, shaft & head, as well as the surface of the skin around my testicles. This is showing up in visibly red irregular sores, no secretions, but two of the sores, one on the shaft and one on the head vaguely look like red rings around a whitish are (ringworm?)

Hi, I think it can be due to some fungal infection . Get yourself examined by a urologist. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs.
