How Can severe Seizure Disorder Be Treated?

I think I might be having seizures but am not sure. How can you tell? I have episodes where I almost feel like an electric shock goes down my spine, and then the muscles on the right side of my body start convulsing uncontrollably for 30-60 seconds. If I m standing, I fall down, and usually end up with bumps and bruises after. The last time, I even ended up not breathing and passed out afterwards. What throws me off is the fact that I m aware the entire time and can remember everything afterwards

you may be suffering from epilepsy/seizure attacks,
Meet any neurologist, he should suggest you EEG (electroencephalogram) to be done.
Thanks.
