Hi, iam 21 years old, I am haveing neck pain since my childhood I get severe neck pain when ever I sit down on the floor without leaning my back on to anything(like walls), and also when I lift a heavy lauggage bags weighing more than 7kgs, When I was I was 17years old, I noticed my back bent unusual way when I stand on my foot in such a way that, my waist is bent forward and upper part of my back(below my neck), is bent backwards, when I look myself in side view in mirror , I can feel that my back is kind like in S shape, and I get a lot of pain in my upper part of my back when I sit on the floor. It s been the same since then When ever I lift heavy objects I not only get back pain but also severe neck pain especially on the lower part of my skull to the right , and eventually I get severe head ache on right side of my skull. And I was born before 9 months delivery, because I got jandis. When I was still in my mother s womb and the doctors bought me out when I had only been 7 months in my mom s womb ( iam a pre-birth boy) My MOM Said that when I was born my neck is weak such that my head always cannot stand still , it used to fell towards any sides ..it happened to me for 11 months. I never consulted any doctor regarding this health problem, Hope you will understand this .. and please help me , and tell me how to solve this

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using healthcaremagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

In my opinion you may have a sort of scoliosis that could have started with you during labor but dont worry with most of cases physiotherapy and chiropractors have made very good results .
For my patients i may suggest painkillers like advil when needed , hot massages with topical gels , B12 vitamin supplementation , muscle relaxants will be effective .
If pain persists and that could interfere with your normal daily activities visit your specialist and follow up with MRI and X rays for proper evaluation and management.
