How Can severe Yeast Infection Be Treated?

I have had a yeast infection for more than 3 weeks and it does not go away. I do have discharge but it does not smell at all. Im swollen and very irritated. I have tried many monistat creams for yeast infections but they are not working. What can I do?

Tablet fluconazole for 2 week
Wash vagina with warm salted water
Apply apple cidar vinegar
