I get a sharp temporary shooting pain from my left temple up when I bend over. It does not last long, but it does happen everytime I bend over to pick something up. I had a CT brain (without contrast), and the findings were as follows: Parenchymal volume is within normal limits & No acute intracranial hemorrhage, mass effect, midline shift, or extra-axial fluid collection. Atherosclerotic calcification of bilateral cavernous carotid arteries, pituitary gland appears somewhat prominent for age. The visible paranasal sinuses & mastoid air cells are normally aerated . So, why do you think I get daily headaches , & those shooting pains on the left side of my head?
