How Can swelling In The Face Along With Headache Be Treated?
I have neonbright yellow liquid draining out of my nose , I had a Streep test and it was negative, I was sick the last 8 days with severe swelling of my face and neck and severe headaches, I am feeling a lot of relief from the pressure and severe headaches facial and neck swelling but now have this yellow liquid coming out of my nose.

It seems you have acute paranasal sinusitis. Yellowish discharge suggest bacterial infection. Antimicrobial drugs and nasal decongestants would help. Anterior rhinoscopy and culture/sensitivity of yellowish fluid also can be undertaken to guide the management.
