How Can vomiting Along With Fever In A Baby Be Treated?

My 13 month old baby girl woke up winging last night. She was the same the whole of yesterday and had some fever. I gave her paracetamol in the evening as she then got warmer. I have given her another dose now because she is very hot. She also vomited curdled cheese type twice

Paracetamol doesn't treat the cause of the fever, it only brings down the fever. Fever is almost always a sign of infectious disease.

I suggest you take your baby to a primary care doctor to correctly diagnose the infection via blood tests to check the white blood cell count, and blood culture to detect what organism is responsible for the infection before placing your baby on the appropriate antibiotics.
