How Can Berger's Disease With Nephropathy Be Treated?

I diognaised my self for iga nephropathy by biopsy at pgi chandigarh & found postive,
my BP remail high, now I am maintaining the BP by taking BP medicine, low protein diet, less salt intake. Doctor did not advise any medicine for this disease.
Pl. suggest me about this Berger disease.Also send me ur email id & cell no.
