Please help I am a herion addict and have stage 3. Copd I am trying to stop herion but when the withdrawal starts I can t breath at All my nose start running and blocks ups my airways I can t breath at all and when I smoke herion it causes my copd to play up too please help I can t breathe either way what do I do

Deaddiction center provides counseling sessions, motivational activities, drugs etc to counter withdrawal symptoms. For COPD (chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease), better to consult pulmonologist and get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). PFT will tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only. You will need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
