How Can Concerta Side Effects Be Managed?

Hello Dr Rynne. I usually take 2 different pills at night and accidentally took my 2 36mg of Concerta instead. Tomorrow morning is my first day of school and I was wondering if I can do or take anything that could counteract the Concerta or help me fall asleep while still being able to wake up in 8 hours

You need not to take any thing extra to overcome the effect of concerta. You are overdosed but it's not going to affect you much.
