How Can Conn S Syndrome Be Treated?

I have Conn s Syndrome and had one adrenal gland removed. I still have too much Aldosterone in my blood and the blood pressure is still high. It also affects my blood sugar. Any thoughts on any treatments. Yes, I also have nodules on the remaining adrenal gland.

Since you have been already treated for Conn's syndrome and got one adrenal gland removed, you do not have much options left for other symptoms to be treated with. Since you have hyperplasia of the other gland, treatment can be tried with spironolactone or eplerenone, drugs that block the effect of aldosterone. This may help to keep your blood pressure and blood glucose under control. Kindly consult Physician in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
