Hello thanks for asking from HCM

GAD (Generalised anxiety disorder) and agoraphobia both are anxiety disorders. Agoraphobia is irrational fear and anxiety from the places where escape is difficult. History of diabetes potentiates anxiety. If properly done home based psychological treatment even have equal efficacy to medicines.
Psychological treatment includes Behaviour therapy, Systematic desensitisation, Relaxation exercises, yoga, meditation. You relaxation exercises you can take help from youtube. Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Breathing Exercises also have good results. For agoraphobia desensitisation is very effective.

If these methods doesnt work then medicinal treatment is needed. Medicines like SSRIs as Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline are commonly used. Low dose benzodiazepines can prove useful in cases of severe anxiety. Consult a psychiatrist for detailed prescription.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
