How Can HIV Infection Be Diagnosed?

Hello is there is chance of Getting hiv if partner status is negative coz I did sex with one lady boy and she said that she was not infected by any std and after 3 weeks I feel cough that is due to lots of smoking no any swollen lymph nodes no fever no flu no throat pain no muscle ache I generally use tobacco so it causes my dey cough. If there is any possibility of getting hiv through anal sex if partner s is hiv negative. I have lots of stress due to stress I can t think anything I think lots and I checked and doubt my body what is the high risk of anal sex the person who receives penis or person who have inserted penis. And last thing is that i don t have any Ulcers in my mouth and in genitals Also neither I had diarrhea neither weight loss. Please give me answers. In details I am in two months now I will get tested after three months so plz give me answer if my problem Thanks in advance..

If your partner is HIV negative than chance of HIV is less here.
But to exclude HIV diagnosis it's better you get investigated for HIV by combo HIV test which detect both antigen as well antibody after 4-6 week of exposure.

So investigate with Combo CMIA HIV test after 6 week to exclude HIV.
