Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fpost acne pores which is very common problem and hormonal changes , stress , oily skin and excessive exposure to sun are all possible causes for this. It is due to increased sensitivity of getting pigmented. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
