Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I want to know what my options are in having another baby. Almost five years ago I had to have both of my Fallopian tubes removed due to endometriosis. I have looked into IVF but it is too expensive. Some have told me that tubes can grow back and some have even said even though it s rare, women can still conceive with no Fallopian tubes. But from what I understand, both of those are impossible. Is there anything I can do to conceive naturally? I have gotten to the point where I am now depressed and feel completely hopeless. I feel a part of me is missing and nothing can fill it. I don t understand why I feel so strongly about wanting another child to the point of depression. It s very hard just getting out of bed in the mornings. I had given up on ever having another child but now I m reaching out one last time to see if I do indeed have options.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi,
You have only 3 options: surrogacy, test tube or child adoption. First 2 are expensive and third needs sound minded and emotional deciding. If you can do these then focus on already born child. If you cannot do that also then need psychiatrist help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
