How Can I Control Hypothyroid ?

I have had hypothyroid since 18 years old. I am 25 now. My TSH levels were 1.5 and stable on synthroid .75, but now I'm on levothyroid 100mcg and TSH is .53. I noticed the change so I was wondering if this was a good or bad thing. I want to be able to manage my hypothyroid before becoming pregnant. Thank you!
