Your blood sugar level is very high you got to consuolt your doctor immediately.
You should get done yourserum acetone and electrolyte aswell. If accetone is on higher side it isa serious complication of uncontrol diabetes. you got terehaydrate
immediately otherwise you will invite serious complications. THanks
