Hello.

Thanks for writing to us.
The late passage of few drops of urine is not likely to be related to masturbation you did earlier. It is the urine which is left in the penile urethra which flows out. This is normal and not worrisome.

The prolapsed tissue of anus which needs reduction might be swollen veins in the area. A direct examination by a surgeon will help in diuagnosis and proper treatment.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.

Dear Jamal
As far as the question of your anus coming out is concerned it is a case of rectal prolapse in which the attachments which retain rectum inside our body are either detached or loosened thereby allowing rectum to come out at the time of defication.
As far as dribbling of urine is concerned in case you have fore skin then few drops are retained in skin fold only phymosis is a condition in which the opening is small and few drops pass out even when you have emptied the bladder. Other pathologies need to be investigated and ruled out which can have some reason in bladder itself or with nerves involved. In ayurveda simply weakness of bladder is also regarded as responsible for dribbling.

As far treatment is concerned rectal prolapse is a case of surgery. In very initial stages washiing with astringents and made to retain in with external support and loosening of stools are tried. Herb used for washing is shell of pomegranate [ naspal] and khadir leaves/ bark In your case I believe surgery is only option.
For dribbling if phymosis is cause then again surgery is the option but in all other conditions shilajit and medicines like chander prabha vati cure it.
