How can we differentiate between white discharge or secretion with or without having real sex or just sexually excited?

White discharge due to infection will be very white and does not depends on sexual mood and it wil have bad smell.

The discharge due to sexual excitement is clear watery color;odourless and does not cause itching;discomfort in any way.And the discharge due to infection will be smelly;itchy and the color will be white like curd;or light yellow and itchy.
