Hi.. It is normal.. It is the size of an erect penis that matters.. Any size between 3.5 inches to 7 inches when the penis is erect/enlarged is normal.. You can lead a normal sexual life... If you are unhappy, there are no medications to enlarge the penis, the medications can help in sustaining the erection only..
