To get rid of excessive
bloating you should avoid taking carbonated beverages. Avoid taking too much fatty food, oily food and food that produces gas like high fiber diet, beans, cauliflower, IBS,
gastritis, etc. Avoid overeating, Take adequate amount of water and fluids. For relief, you can take antacids and PPIs.
Avoid
constipation. Constipation triggers gas formation. Do regular exercises and walking for better bowel motion. Avoid swallowing gas, avoid taking high gas producing food like broccoli, cabbage, peas, lentils, etc. Take homemade food, avoid fried fatty oily junk food. Do not take processed food, dairy products made of full fat milk. Medical conditions like IBS, gastric paresis,
celiac disease, GERD, etc., trigger
flatulence.
Take smaller meals, take probiotics, switch to healthy diet. Exercise regularly and take water and fluids. Get clinically examined by a GP, get required blood and imaging tests done. Get your medical condition treated at the earliest.
