What Causes Excessive Flatulence, Bloating And Dull Stomach Pain?
i'm experiencing excessive flatulence... every 10-15 minutes or so, a dull stomach ache, feeling of bloatedness of abdomen occasionally, and some nausea. No diarrhea experienced. This has been going on for some days now. I have no lactose intolerance or any other food allergies that I know of. What could be the cause?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that you have could be due to dyspepsia it may be associated with infection and it could be giardiasis I would suggest to have the single dose antiportozoa for that and best drug of choice is Sacnidazole 1 g, eat slowly do not speak while you eat avoid spicy and junk food drink more water hope this information helps.
