How Can I Get Rid Of Pityriasis Rosea?
Hi I am a dark skinned african american female with a diagnosis of pityriasis rosea. I was wondering what else can I do to get rid of this. I am fearful of going to a tanning bed. Everythng on the internet says that will help speed it up to heal. I have a cream that is somewhat helping. Some of the spots have scabs on them and others are fading, Is this the healing process.

Usually it is self limiting.
Application of a mild steroid like desonide will reduce the duration required for healing.
