Hello, I m a 15.5 year old boy that has been skinny all my life. As of now, I weigh about 105 pounds and am 5ft 9in tall, so you could imagine that I am very skinny. I do, however, eat a lot (maybe more than the average person), but cannot seem to gain any weight. I ve been looking for ways to gain weight, preferably though a larger amount of muscle than fat, and this may be my last resort after I give up and just let time sort it out. PS: I have gone to the doctor s office about this, but they claim that it is normal , which I know can t be true since I am EXTREMELY skinny compared to what one would call the average teenage boy.
