I ma Sarath ,i ve been working out in gym for almost 8 years,but i cannot increase my muscle mass,,,i tried many ways like increasing my food intake to 6 meals per day along with whey protein suppliments but no change at all,,,recently i ve heard testosterones helps to increase muscle mass..hence i started doing heavy weight squats ,olympic dead liftis etc,,,i read that this will help body to produce more GH and T,,,is their any way to increase other than steroids, i dont like to use steroid and havent tried any,,,,please suggest me ways to increase T.. I saw a capsule ZMA which contains zinc and magnesium which will boost T,,will that capsule help,,,???
