Hi,thanks for query.Urine pregnancy test kit available now a days are quite sensitive and can pick up pregnancy as early as one day after missed period.Faint lines on 2 occasions means there are less chances of pregnancy.Please look for other cause of missed period like any hormonal or other pills,too much of stress etc.Still if you want to be 100% sure,you can go for ultrasound after 2 weeks to missed period,the ultrasound must show gestational sac inside the uterus by now.bye.

The faint lines are suggestive of pregnancy but since they are faint it needs confirmation for which you can repeat the test with first morning sample of urine or test it 2-3 days later.Second most reliable test is the blood test for Beta HcG if the levels are raised then it confirms pregnancy.Presently you have two most important symptoms of pregnancy and they are missed periods and nausea or morning sickness as you said.So either repeat the test or do the blood test for confirmation and then consult a Gynaec for further course of treatment according to what you want.Please do not take any medicine before confirming pregnancy as it may harm your baby.
