i am 24yrs 5ft and my weight is 60kgs i want to lose my weight so plz help how i can lose my weight as i am also suffreing form thyroid and consuming 50g thyronom tablets every morning. so plz help how can i lose my weight and any solution for thryoid problem which can be cured. I am also suffering problem in my leg as every night it pains a lot i hve to massage it. About my breast it is very lose is der any thing or cream which can tight my breast and skin .

Since you are hypothyroid, weight gain is a significant feature. You need to maintain your Thyroid hormone levels in normal range dear. Next, you must avoid eating all junk food. No chips, french fries, burgers, cakes, pastries, colas. Consume fresh fruits and vegetables including green leafy vegetables. Drink enough water. You need to exercise everyday by brisk walking for atleast 40 minutes. Get enough sleep, 6-8 hours a day as this helps in reducing weight as well. Try this and you should reduce weight within few months. Don't lose hope. Am sure you will make it. Have faith.
