how can I lower my friends blood preasure after taking speed and he is 180bpm and very anxious and paranoid and has high blood preasure anyway

If it is on running, even then it is abit high. Cholesterol could sometimes be the cause for this. Do repeat the test again along with a LIpid profile. Medications shall be necessary to get benefit.
