How Can I Make My Breast Firm And Equal Size After Lactation ?
hi, i am vijaya. i have 8 month old baby my problem is that due to feeding of baby my breast become in abnormal in size one of them is small size and another is large and now problem is that lactation is in the only single breast and become loose and hang what can i do is any solution to become in equal size i feel very ugly and embarrassing. pl z help me thanks

Hi, its normal for such a thing yo occur during lactation.try to make ur baby suckle at both breasts .the more he suckles more will b the size. The shape n size will resume gradually after u stop br.feeding baby. Plz dont b ashamed.u r doing a great job by br.feeding

Lacating breast is always biger then non lactating.
After completion of laction the size of that breast will reduce and you may get equal size after that.
Go for breast(cheast) exercise,it will be helpful to become firm gratually.Gentle massage and warm water application is also helpful.
Wear supportive inner wear.
