How Can I Overcome The Problem Of Anxiety While Talking ?
i am sunil verma, age 22 i feel problem while speaking.i feel my heartbeat start to run fast and i need to take some deep breath . And if i try to speak in that condition words are not coming properly. Some time i feel i must take a deep breath before speaking. In day to day life its ok but in public speaking its embrassing. Please suggest me some doctor in delhi and what sort of treatment i need to take.

Feeling your heartbeat, shortness of breath etc are symptoms which are related respiratory(chest) , cardiac (heart), or a thyrod/ any other endocrine problem or even a simple stress. If you are obese, then again that might be a reason. But yes, initiate your investigations with an electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, if required, a holter monitoring to know if there is irregularity of rhythms.Get a thyroid profile done with your lipid profile too. In case you are a smoker, even a chronic lung disease might present with these kind of symptoms.So kindly visit a primary physician, and having heard your history in detail, he would guide you further.
