Kindly specify what kind of spots you have on fore head.Is it induced by acne( pimples) or by chicken pox...These may either need chemical peels or lasers depending upon the cause.

Your history is not enough to give any advice,
We should know the nature of spots you have,
There is possibility of fungal infection causing spots,
White spots to be ruled out for pre vitiligo,
Old spots of having past infection,
H\o dandruff,
Allergic spots due to some oils,shampoo etc.
After the proper history we can conclude some thing.
