How Can I Remove The Thing From The Throat Which I Swallowed After Coke?

hi doctor! i was finish a coke and on my last sip i sawllowed somthing, don 't know what it's but i feel it stock on my throap and hurts when i swallow and now my right ear hurts and teeths from my right side. am scare ! it really hurts . i feel like it was bee that bite me.

inflammation there. If there is inflammation, you may need
