Apply
Minoxidil (rogaine) on your scalp skin once daily, be gentle with yourself. It comes as liquids and foams. Keep your scalp clean & wash your hair with Selsun shampoo. Nutrition deficiencies also cause hair fall. Take eggs, green leafy vegetables, seeds and nuts, whole grains, lentils, collagen peptides, sunflower seeds, berries, fruits rich in vitamin C, berries, avocado's , etc.
Take supplements that have iron,
folic acid, biotin, and minerals. Take food rich in omega 3 fatty acids or supplements. You can get clinically examined by a
dermatologist and get treated by
laser therapy or
hair transplant if required. Do not brush your hair when wet & do not use a harsh brush. Do not use dyes, do not wear tight hairstyle & do not overtreat your hair with chemicals cosmetic products.
