Is Biotin save to take for thinning hair? Other meds used include: Topramax 25 Bid for Migraines, Lipitor 10 mg Zyrteck 10 mg, Vit. D 2000mg and Excedrine Migrane 1 tablet PRN ( no more than 2 day/ 1-2 times/ week on average Hx of Palpitations and Sarcodoisis of the lung- stable- untreated at present

Biotin is an essential water soluble vitamin precursor and must not cause any discomfort as such.
It helps hair growth is virtually safe.
