How Can IBS And Crohn S Disease Be Treated?

I HAVE SEVERE IBS AND CROHNS DISEASE.THESE THINGS DEVELOPED AFTER A BOUT WITH COLON CANCER. I HAD A COLON RECONNECTION SURGERY 16 YRS AGO. FOR THE LAST YEAR I HAVE A HORRIBLE PAIN IN MY LOWER ABDOMEN EVERY DAY. NOW I VE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2DIABETES. BUT NO DOCTOR, AND I VE GONE TO 3NEW ONES HAS BEEN ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS CAUSING THE PAIN. EACH DAY IS DIFFERENT REGARDING MY BMS AND THEY VARY ALL DAY LONG. I VE HAD EVERY TEST RESULTING IN NO ORIGIN. PLEASE HELP

* Apart from pain, a lot information is needed here to answer the query as associated vomiting, fever, stool details, life style, co-morbid conditions as diabetes, exercise level and so forth.

- Strict dietary measures to avoid dairy fat, spices, non veg, junk.
- Plenty of liquids.
- Regular exercises, walking, meditations.
- Stress control
- Sound sleep
- Avoidance of smoking, alcohol if consuming
- Regular medications in form of probiotics, IBS specific Mesacol or else GI specific antibiotics in acute flare up as per the doctor's guidance.
