Hello,

IBS OR Irritable bowel syndrome is a problem that affects a large section of the population in the world. This can cause:

Frequent bowel movements, diarrhoeas, nervousness.

This condition can be treated by drugs but as the problem often accompanies a person throughout life. So it is better to take preventive measures to stay healthy.

1) Identify foods which increase gut motility and replace them with alternative foods.
2) Mix curd with milk and drink it daily once, it will make your gut healthy.
3) Avoid sugar-rich drinks, coffee, a tea containing caffeine which increase bowel movements.
4) Decrease sugar intake in drinks.
5) You can also take tab Librax once daily for 15 days.

It will relieve you.you can use it in emergency cases as well. As I tell you prevention is better than cure and for a problem like IBS preventive strategy is best to cure it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
