General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern.
Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Eat more fiber.
2) Antispasmodics can help reduce abdominal (stomach) pain and cramping.
3) Laxatives can help relieve constipation.
4) Antimotility medicines can help relieve diarrhea.
5) Stress and anxiety don't cause irritable bowel syndrome but they can make it worse, so try to reduce stress.
6) Drink liquids.

Hope that my answer was helpful. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
