How Can Latuda Dosage Be Lowered?

My son is switching from his dosage of Latuda 12o/mg per day (after 4 years) and adding a new medication, vraylar 1.5 mg per day. Looking for suggestion for the length of time to decrease the Latuda (over 1 or 2 months). We understand slower is better.
