Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Sir
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I can certainly understand your concern
I have worked through your query in detail.

as lithium dose has to be adjusted based on your illness and severity of your symptoms, i could understand that you are on lithium for probably bipolar disorder, so for the effective treatment of mania , serum lithium levels must be around 0.8 m mol/lt. Being a psychiatrist, I would like to know about your current symptoms to adjust your lithium dosage.
please get back to me with the details

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
