How Can Lyme Disease Be Treated?

Two months after being bitten by a wood tick we discover that my wife has Lyme Disease. She is 80. She is now on doxycycline and also some strong painkillers.She is now able to get up and function, but tires very quickly. What are the chances for a good recovery and how long do you think it will take?

youhave taken rightaction on treatment of lime disease.wood tick may be a source of spreading the disease. blood test for detecting lyme disease can be done. the broad spectrum antibiotic and doxycycline are tried for treatment there is no much of information on diagnosis and treatment available symptomatic treatment are recomanded. there will be recovery time can not be specified.
