How Can Norco Addiction Be Treated?

I have a niece seeking help for addiction to norco. she has been taking about 150 mg per day. she is going into treatment Monday. Until then, should we give her limited amounts of norco to taper off or try cold turkey? My niece is 24 years old, about 80 lbs., 4 ft. 9

Hi,

Mainly give her food!It depends totally on integration into the rehab program. Some are medication based (methadone or suboxone) in which case very little narcotics 24 hrs prior to the rehab. If it is a cold turkey rehab, then tapering down to as little as possible. Different places are for different patterns.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
