How Can PCOD Be Treated?

Hi I am renu I am 27 yes old I am suffer from pcod my doctor advise me to have folvite atrovastatin and femlina tablets for 6 months.this my last month to have medicine if I stop this medicine once I had it did I get pregnant pls hlp me and give me a good suggests to get cure pcod and get pregnant too

Hello dear
I understand your concern
PCOD is complex disease and treatment response is variable from person to person.
If your period become regular then chance of pregnancy is high.
You can alos use above tablet for more time if you have symptoms of PCOD along with metformin and spironolactone.
USG should be used for follow up to know the progress of disease and slo help in the management of PCOD.
You can also use clomiphene citrate and FSH analogue to maintain fertility after consulting the gynecologist.
Do regular exercise and reduce weight if you are obese.
