How Can PCOS Along With Pain In Breasts Be Treated?

Hi, I am 30 yrs old suffering from lean PCOS, my doc advised me to take krimpson 35. I have completed 2 month course but from last two months there is very little flow and that too for a day during periods. And, also there is constant breast pain and tenderness throughout the month. Earlier ( before taking medicine) the pain used to start just before few days of my periods. But now it is constant for a while. Please advise what to do

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most common cause of breast tenderness, irregular menses, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) is a hormonal imbalance. So, it is better to consult a gynecologist and get done detailed hormone levels.

You will need another hormonal pill to regulate hormones. Once your hormones normalize, you will be alright.

You can apply warm water pad on affected areas of the breast for pain relief. Avoid stress. tension, and be calm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
