How Can PCOS And Menorrhagia Be Treated?

I am 22 yrs old and I am diagnosed to having pcos 3 yrs back. Because i had menorrhagia due to increased endometrial thickness doctor prescribed progesterone only pills followed by one cycle of drospirenone combination pills.After that my periods was regular. Now for past 2 months I am having menorrhagia. Now I am again taking medroxy progesterone acetate. If i want to take ocp after completing this what shall i take dronis 20 or dronis 30 and from which day i should take this.please help me with The answer.

According to your question, you need to take dronis 30. You start it from the first day of your memstrual period till 21 days, after that stop it for 7 days so that you have your normal periods at 28 day, and then start it again on the first day of your period.
