hi doctor,am 22 yrs old female,i have irregular periods from the time i was matured(almost 10yrs now) and I have gigantic breasts problem.when i consulted a gynic.i was scanned n diagonsed as PCOD.I have been to various treatments and only when i take medicine i get periods.I want to get rid of this problem permantently.i read about lyposuction and mamoplast.please suggest
